Urban space regeneration involves many stakeholders and the creation of attractive spaces in addition to providing high quality paving and street furniture frequently requires re-siting and re-routing of multiple and complex services to remove these from view. We have managed this aspect of many such projects and have a strong track record in dealing with utility providers and ensuring the scheme progresses smoothly through construction. We do this by carrying out detailed services investigations and surveys at the beginning of the project, establishing negotiating the requirements of the utilities and where necessary arranging pre works enabling contracts to re-route services.
