✔Established in 2015, the 30% Club Irish Chapter hosts more than 300 organisations representing more than 650,000 employees.

We have made excellent progress increasing genderdiversity across the company with females now representing 30% of our colleagues. We continue to evolve through our recruitment, career development frameworks and Mentorship programmes, to achieve better gender balance at leadership and throughout the organisation for better business outcomes.
