The Nicholas O'Dwyer office in Newry opened in the 1960s and has since carried many projects, mainly in the Water Services Sector and the Building Structures and Infrastructure sectors. The office is managed by UK/Newry Director, Mark Dignam . The office has full access to all the resources and the specialist skills in water services and environmental engineering of our head office.

The Newry office  provides full  Health & Safety services to a wide range of clients in the construction business and has done so since the launch of the CDM Regulations. The company is a Registered Practice (CDM Coordination) of the Association for Project Safety (APS). CDM Co-ordinator duties are undertaken by senior engineers within the organisation who have extensive experience in their particular field, supplemented by recognised Health & Safety qualifications.

Within the Newry office the initial points of contact for CDM Co-ordinator is Shane Fearon who is a Registered Member (CDM co-ordinator) of the Association for Project Safety. Shane is also NEBOSH qualified in Occupational Health & Safety and holds a NEBOSH Level 3 Certificate in Construction Health & Safety.
