Paul is a Senior Director of the International Department of Nicholas O'Dwyer and a major shareholder of the firm. He has over 35 years experience with Nicholas O'Dwyer in consulting engineering sector with 14 years direct overseas experience supervising roads and infrastructure projects on behalf of EU, IDA, Government Clients. Since 1995 he has been responsible for the direction and management of international projects in the ACP Nations from the head office in Dublin providing project support and expert inputs for contracts procurement, administration and interpretation.

Paul has particular experience in FIDIC/NEC/EDF Conditions of Contract and has been directly involved as Expert Advisor to Clients in the preparation for construction contracts dispute resolution and claims settlement.
